We started working with Lisa to buy our first property during pandemic. Despite the uncertainties from sellers, she was available on hours notice, arranged showings on a tight schedule, made herself available for follow-ups. She never came across as a typical ‘sales-person’, understood our unique family needs, pulled comparisons to make our buying decision easier, highlighted problems with the property if any. The best part was her willingness to share her personal point of view if she were our family member.

She was thorough during the closing process, very knowledgeable on little things that buyers overlook and communication through all this was just top-notch.

Happy to say that our whole buying experience was so meaningful that she is family now and coming over for house-warming !!

Lisa Prendergast took two property virgins by the hand and walked us through every nook and cranny of house hunting.
My husband and I were filled with anxiety and questions. Lisa never left our side.
She was there for us through everything day or night she always answered her phone.
When we where having trouble finding a place to get a loan she hooked us up with an amazing broker.
You will not be sorry choosing Lisa as your realtor. Even through COVID-19 Lisa stood outside the title company waiting to congratulate us. The weird part of all this, was we started off looking to rent a house.

Lisa has been excellent from the time we started looking at homes to buying our first home.
We planned to buy several months out, and she was flexible and with just the right amount of contact. Later on, Lisa was able to even get additional homes added to be toured on the day we asked, showing us many homes until we reached one we wanted. Lisa then helped get an offer in late that night before an important deadline.

Lisa worked tirelessly to ensure our house was sold. We were in the precarious position of having a larger home in a subdivision of smaller homes. This made our asking price look out of whack for the neighborhood. Even so, Lisa persisted, held open houses for both agents and prospective buyers. She also was fairly aggressive in marketing our home through social media. All of these efforts ultimately led to the sale of our home.
