I had a great experience working with Lisa. As a first time buyer I wanted a realtor who could walk me through every step of the process from selecting a lender to preparing a competitive offer and Lisa did just that. I never felt pressured by her and she always acted in my best interest. She always made herself available to answer questions (even after closing!) and even provided recommendations for various contractors as I settle in to my new home. Everyone knows how crazy the Denver housing market is, but Lisa make the process as smooth as possible given the circumstances. Her knowledge and experience gave me a distinct advantage when it came to placing a winning offer and I am grateful for all of her help.

Lisa's tenacity in representing me was critical to a successful first-time home purchase. She was able to help me navigate a fast moving market and make my best case to the owner for selecting my offer. This is made so much more impressive because the competing offer was high above asking and all cash.
