Living in Colorado for multiple decades now, Lisa has moved across the Front Range while growing up in Fort Collins, going to school in Boulder (go Buffs!) and now living in Denver’s Congress Park neighborhood. While being a Denver metro focused agent, this has built upon her knowledge of the state's interconnected markets and enabled her to help clients in varying areas. With that, Lisa has done over 20 million in volume while working with first-time buyers, giving her the expertise to advise in the capacity of a financial guidance, step-by-step contract processes, and renovation budgeting for future project projections.
Lisa invests in real estate and has experience as both a property manager and landlord and is versed in understanding cash flow, tax benefit strategy, as well as tenant screening and contractor resources.
