I started working with Melissa and KWPR as a part of a program at my school called MNCAPS. We had a project to help market their new office in Prior Lake. After the school year was done, Melissa offered a friend of mine and me an internship working for her and KWPR over the summer. Being that I would like to work in real estate in the future, Melissa has helped me learn so much about what working in this field is really like, when I had hardly any knowledge. I even loved working with her so much that I decided to continue my internship throughout the school year once summer was over. She really has been the best teacher, supporter, and role model.

I knew Melissa for a number of years before looking to buy a home. When I decided to take the plunge and explore home ownership, she was my first call. I was in a specific situation with very specific expectations because I knew the building I wanted to purchase a condo in. Melissa was great at meeting with my Mortgage lender and making sure I felt heard and understood each step of the process.... and a process it was. She told me it would be emotional, and it definitely was. I sent letters to people in the building I wanted to purchase in. I though the process would move slow, but it was so fast! It was great having Melissa because she was a partner for me when I was abroad for work during almost the entire process. I wound up viewing the condo I had always wanted (which Melissa loved and saw the vision I had come together), and paid full ask. Melissa had the best contacts for home inspection, gave great advice and tips for being a first time buyer, etc. I am very happy I went with Melissa and can't imagine her not being a part of the process for me!
