We worked with Lisa for four years and she directed us to the community where we eventually and happily bought a 55+ townhome. Lisa is a warm, caring, professional realtor who dots all the I’s and crosses all the T’s during the purchasing process. She responds quickly to texts, emails, and calls. Most significant is that she does not stop working for you once she has collected her commission. On the contrary, she continued to help us to arrange cleaning, handyman repairs, etc. weeks after the closing. She is a gem.

My wife and I recently worked with Lisa on our relocation and purchase of a new home in the PA market. My husband & I decided in the beginning of October to downsize and start looking for a smaller home. We found a very nice development but only one home for sale which we were not impressed with. I received a text from Lisa that another one just became available on a Monday, and we went to see it and fell in love with it. We put an offer in on Tuesday and although there were 2 other offers, we were notified Wednesday that our offer was accepted. In 3 days, we went from just looking to buying a place and agreed to the buyer's terms to settle in 60 days! We could NEVER have done this without the expertise of our realtor Lisa Roley. She walked us through all the paperwork and even suggested moving companies and painters to help with the transition. She helped me stay sane through it all and I found a friend as well. I definitely would recommend Lisa for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is a real professional!

From the first time we met Lisa at an open house we clicked and we knew she was the realtor for us. We forewarned her that we weren't real looking to buy until next year and we didn't want to waste her time. She took our name and numbers and said no problem and if you see anything she'd be happy to take us to see it. We started looking at houses more seriously in the Fall and anything we wanted to see she made the appointments and made sure we saw it. We told her we had a bad experience with our first house and realtor and she took that information and made sure we didn't feel that way with her. We had a large search area and she always made it work for us. We had to see most things on the weekends and she never complained about taking us to see houses on either Saturday or Sunday and sometimes both days. She has a vast knowledge of construction as well. This was a great advantage because she could tell immediately if there were issues with the windows, foundation, etc. I cannot say enough good things about her. She got us into the perfect home for us and it's truly a dream come true. Another wonderful part of her services is she is super pet friendly. She loved our pets like her own and understood that the houses needed to fit their needs as well. She always kept us informed about what was happening and during any trying times she always came up with a solution. She was never pushy during any of the process. She let us tell her when we wanted to make an offer on a house which took several months of searching to find. She will make you feel like you are her only client even though she does a massive volume of sales. We even used her services to sell our old house and she went above and beyond for the open house and it sold in that same weekend. She's a phenomenal person and we highly recommend her!!!

Lisa is THE best real estate agent. We started our search for a 55+ community in 2017; finally making a decision in 2021. Lisa never lost patience with us, never pressured us to buy anything. She was always happy to show us yet one more "for sale" house.
When it came time to sell our house, she went beyond the call of duty. The pictures and brochures were outstanding. She even made little signs that made the house "talk to you" - "Open the cabinet door and see the electric inside. No messy cords around here."
