Lisa is an experienced Property Manager who has managed on-site operations for thriving residential communities for over 20 years. Licensed as a Certified Apartment Manager, she possesses a strong work ethic and a high level of commitment to the properties and people she serves on a daily basis. Lisa excels at juggling multiple priorities and positively interacting with all personalities. Throughout her career, she has overseen field operations for student housing, tax credit properties, single family homes, Class A communities, and more. She has also been charged with construction management from the ground up and keeps a running track record of exceeding NOI and owner expectations. Lisa says the secret to her success is treating each asset as if it were her own. She is delighted to serve in the role of Senior Property Manager for her Knoxville team.
