Lisa Sevajian

Lisa is known as a pricing and value expert often called upon to teach others how to understand how data impacts the needs and goals of sellers and buyers on a local and national level. According to studies, most people forget their agent's name in under a year but 70 % of Lisa's clients come to her through personal recommendations from past clients.

Lisa has quickly grown comfortable with the spotlight. Almost immediately after entering the real estate industry, she was recognized by the Boston Globe for her “ahead of the times” marketing moves. She moved from Rookie of the year to the prestigious "Boston's Top 20" list.

Lisa was recently honored to be chosen as the Women's Business League Realtor. She is the proud mom of two college-age sons, both artists, one in the theatre, and one a sculptor. Lisa is a dog lover with 3 Boston Terriers. She dreams to retire with her husband in South Beach, Miami where they were married, and spend holidays in the mountains with her sons and future grandchildren.
