We were referred to Lisa and Bobby Sinibaldi by Ideal Agent in Brandon, Florida when we inquired about selling our house in NC. Lisa contacted us and worked tirelessly with us from day one until we sold the home. She kept us informed whether we were at home in Florida or at the house in North Carolina. Lisa & Bobby did an amazing job for us. It was our pleasure to have met and worked with Lisa and Bobby. Is not everyday that you get to meet such wonderful people. My wife and I also consider it a blessing that we crossed paths with Lisa & Bobby when did.

Lisa and Bobby helped us both buy and sell our home in the last 2 years. We were first time home buyers in 2021 and they made the process seamless. They advocated for us and we walked away with a great deal with no headaches. Selling our house ended up being an ordeal, because we opted to allow the buyer to apply for assumption of our loan. No one knew how much of a hassle this would cause, but Lisa and Bobby continuously pushed each step of the process along. If it wasn’t for them, there is no way that deal would have gone through. While awaiting the long closing, thanks to the banks, they communicated with us constantly and again advocated for our needs. We have recommended them to many buyers/sellers in the Hampton Roads area and will continue to do so.

Lisa and Bobby were fantastic to work with. We started the process from across the country and they were able to do video walk-thrus for us, as well as get additional information on listings that met our hyper-specific criteria. Once we found a property Lisa showed unmatched patience in the many, many issues that came up as we navigated through various concerns with the property. She was very up front about what problems she thought were serious and what our options were every step of the way. When we decided to eventually go with a different property Lisa met me the next day, showed me every property on our list, and helped us get an offer in on our perfect home that same night. We are so thankful for Lisa and Bobby and the time and patience they showed us in what was a very stressful time, and we are so happy they stuck with us and helped us find our current home, it is just what we were looking for.
