Lisa Stennes

Lisa Stennes-Laikind has been serving buyers and sellers in San Diego since 1992. Originally from the Midwest, Lisa moved to Rancho Santa Fe in 1990, captivated by the area's small town feel and global sophistication. With her business partner Gwyn Carter Rice, she is known for her leadership of the TEAM Advantage, a name that denotes their passion for providing clients with a hands-on approach to every transaction.

Lisa balances her efforts on listing and buyer representation. Having lived in other parts of the country and the world, she frequently works with out-of-state and international relocation clients. In addition, Lisa particularly enjoys working with developers and investors.

Lisa serves the community through her involvement with the San Diego Center for Community Solutions, Vision of Children Foundation, the American Heart and the San Diego Opera

Lisa and her family enjoy occasional retreats to Deer Valley, where downhill and cross country skiing, hiking and fly-fishing are a small part of their Utah adventure. Along the way, she has become well-versed in the area's real estate.
