Lisa Thompson is a Southern California Native living her best life in the amazing town of Encinitas, California with an Aloha Spirit. She was blessed to have moved to North County San Diego 38 years ago from Orange County and couldn't think of a better place to raise a now adult son Jacob.

Lisa is passionate about all aspects of Real Estate and assisting clients in the Sale or Purchase of Real Estate, as well as Property Management. With a background in Set Design, Mortgage Lending, and her own “Organized Home Therapy” business allows Lisa to help clients declutter, organize, decorate and stage their homes, prior to listing them for sale.

Understanding mortgage lending has been key to the real estate process, when reviewing offers for clients and knowing which offer is the best fit. With these skills, Lisa can streamline scheduling, with an eye towards cost and time savings for the client. The end goal is always to help the client get top dollar in a smooth and graceful transaction.
