For sellers, she has a proven track record of creating marketing plans tailored to their specific needs, pricing strategically and negotiating the highest sales price, all while guiding her clients confidently through the entire process. Fluent in Spanish, Lisa has guided many international buyers and sellers through the intricacies and details required to purchase or sell a property.

Prior to her career in real estate, Lisa worked for a major multi-national advertising agency in account management, where she was responsible for the strategic brand building and advertising campaigns to the United States Hispanic market. Lisa then spent over a decade as a freelance editor/photo stylist traveling the world on editorial and advertising shoots, working with national publications and major fashion and beauty brands.

Born in Manhattan, Lisa was raised in Puerto Rico, Mexico City, and Connecticut. Lisa is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and has achieved the New York Residential Specialist designation from REBNY. Lisa is member of the Broker's Partnership for GVHSP (Greenwich Village Society for Historic Preservation). A member of the National Arts Club, Lisa also sings with the Soharmoniums, NYC's only women's choir.
