I am a college-educated & post-graduate person with a background in Education & Christian education. I take a teaching approach to real estate & thoroughly explain & guide my clients through the complex maze of the transaction. I am full-time & active in the regional real estate community. I attend weekly agent/broker previews & meetings & know & communicate with other local agents. I play & works well with others. I see ALL the new properties that come on the market and have my finger on the pulse of local market forces - supply & demand. Econ 101. NO agent can tell you exactly what a home will sell for or can be bought for. THAT depends on market forces; how many properties come on the market for sale and how many buyers are in the market to buy. Having a great agent is like hiring Michelangelo, Picasso, or Gauguin to paint a masterpiece for you, an art. I can get you in the ballpark so you have a fighting chance to sell for top dollar or buy for best dollar & I will negotiate for you & appreciate you, the opportunity, & your business for years to come.
