Lisa Zahner

Lisa Z is an entrepreneur at heart. She once paid for a semester of college by selling bootleg T-shirts. She's also been a recruiter, sold enterprise software, opened a retail store, worked for the City in local economic development, and served as executive director of a small business incubator.

Lisa is a local real estate investor herself and always looks for the upside for her clients, from residential single-family homes and condos to multifamily investment rental properties. She's guided first-time buyers and seasoned investors in smart real estate decisions. A seasoned negotiator, she achieves positive, long-term outcomes.

Lisa sees opportunities where others see problems. She likes to find properties with the most potential to become both fabulous and financially smart. From extensive foundation to finish renovations or a simple cosmetic paint and polish, she's got a great eye and years of experience with bringing properties to market or making updates to maximize value and return.

Active in the community, Lisa serves with three local nonprofit organizations: the Housing Action Coalition, Kultivate Labs ( a business accelerator), and the Alamo Square Neighborhood Association. She is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women ( CREW) Network.

In her spare time, Lisa loves singing in her cover band and belting out rock anthems and sultry torch songs. She and her husband, Jonathan, have three delightful teenagers and a dog that gets by on her good looks!
