Lisandra Andino

Lisa Andino brings over fifteen years of negotiation experience to real estate and specializes in the sale of new and existing homes. A high-touch agent known for her extensive market knowledge and her unmatched devotion to customers, ability to listen and hear what a customer wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her ability to accurately price and market a home. Lisa’s success is based exclusively on positive referrals and repeat business. She is a relationship builder and earns the respect and loyalty of her customers by working tirelessly on their behalf, by always being flexible and available and by offering them candid advice.

Lisa has lived in Tampa for over 20 years and is deeply connected to the area. She graduated with a Finance (International Business) degree from the University of South Florida. In terms of real estate, her education is never complete. She continually invests time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing, and negotiations techniques. Outside of real estate, she takes pride in giving back to the community and serves as a Board Member of the Deerfield Community Association. Lisa also supports other local organizations and charities—including Metropolitan Ministries, and United Way Suncoast, and believes in the gift of life through organ donation.

When she is not working, Lisa enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, riding ATV, dancing salsa, and spending time with her family and friends.
