Lisette was our realtor in both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our starter home. During the search process Lisette took the time to really understand what was important to our family and encouraged us until we did find the right home. She helped us be aggressive with our offer to secure it and guided us through the purchase process. With the sale of our starter home, she consulted us on ways to get the most impact from our listing, she held a professional open house and our home sold within 72 hours of listing with multiple offers to choose from. She helped us navigate those offers and get the maximum dollar for our home. She was constantly communicating during each process and made us feel confident and supported. My wife and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an expert realtor who is dedicated and truly cares for her clients and their families.

Lisette is THE best realtor I have ever encountered. She listened to every want and need for my family and I and not only did she listen, she took notes- Which is the first time I've seen a realtor actually take out a pen and paper and make notes for their clients' wants and needs and executed right after. It took 2 showings of houses for us to tell her the things we liked and disliked for her to get us our perfect home and made sure we got it within our time crunch since we were moving out of another place within months- we recommended her to my mother in law and she executed perfectly for them better AND faster than 2 other realtors that they had to go through. Lisette carries my coveted 10/10 rating :-). I couldn't more highly recommend her for the Orlando, FL area - or anywhere she serves. She went above and beyond every step of the way to proactively get good answers to all the right questions - some of which I was not aware needed to be asked. She went out to the property, researched Internet options, cell service, county permits, you name it. I had a long list. When there was a roofing question she found the best local roofing company and got quotes the very next day. She has an amazing network of peers, lenders, inspectors, and contractors. When we were ready to put in an offer she made herself available during all hours of the day and night. When we declined a counter offer she made no attempt to push or influence us beyond what was truly best for the buyer that she was representing.

Lisette was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of buying our condo. She did the absolute most to ensure our checklist was taken into account when showing us properties and was incredibly patient as we took some time to decide on an area. Once we found one we loved (that she brought our way within a day of being on the market!), she had our best interest in mind the entire time until we closed, which was crucial as we were buying from out of state.
