I don’t even know where to begin. Lissette was recommended to me by a friend and at first I was skeptical in using any realtor to buy my first home because I figured we could do this all on our own. But after the first house we ALMOST purchased and the paper work was drawn up without barely even getting a moment to really think it through, I called her immediately to be our realtor and explain to us everything that was happening. She was by our side the entire time and when we decided to drop the first house and go with a second option, she easily transitioned us to get in contact with the new property, made an appointment, and showed UP for us. This woman literally is the definition of a shark. She does not take no for an answer and will ask every single question that you had no idea was even important to ask or you were too nervous to ask. We relied on her throughout the entire process and any question we had she was the one to figure it out and be our voice. She’s become such an amazing friend to have as well. Our journey started with the persistence of Valentino to determine we get the best service possible of a realtor to sell our home, Valentino sent Lissette to our home, after meeting Lissette for approximately 45 minutes, we were convinced that she is the agent and representative we needed to get our transaction complete and that she had our best interest at heart.
Working with Lissette for the past 7 months she displayed professionalism and dedication, she displayed our home like no other agent in the past.
Also market our home in different sources and always kept us informed with up to date status. After about 2 weeks of signing up with Lissette we had an offer, she kept us informed with our best interest at heart to accept our first offer which we agreed upon. Unfortunately the buyer was unable to close due to personal circumstances. short time after that, we received a second offer which again was not able to close due to personal/ financial issues with the buyer.
After these unforseen set backs Lissette contacted us as to what our intention will be moving forward as far as next move with new strategies and procedures going forward, we all agreed upon the right course of actions which led to the sale of our home in approximately 15 days, with a cash buyer. we would like to thank Lissette for always being there for us, answering our calls 7 days a week and at any time. As I am sure you can gather from the MANY other glowing reviews here regarding Lissette, she is all she is cracked up to be!

The process of moving my son and his friend to Orlando from five states away had turned out to be far more trouble than I had thought it would be, but Lissette made our process seamless.

She found us an absolutely perfect home in a great community, at the right price, and answered every question that I had for her (there were many).

After flying down to see the property, within six hours, she took care of everything, advocating for us every step of the way, resulting in a done deal within hours and allowing me to get back on a plane home the next day with my mind at ease.

Lissette is incredible and I can’t imagine having used anyone else for this process. Call her-you won't regret it!

Lissette was amazing. Five stars all around. We initially listed our home with another agent and it sat on the market for 4 months with two severely low ball offers. As a result, we removed our listing. Lissette approached us shortly after we removed the listing and sold us in the fact that she could market our home in such a way that we would receive multiple offers AND that it would move quickly. We took a chance and enlisted her services. She kept her promise. Upon her taking over the listing we got several offers and eventually took an offer for full asking price with an efficient closing.

Lissette also represented us to buy our new home and she was just as critical to the success in buying our home as she was to helping us sell. She was with us every step of the way and made sure that we dotted all of our I’s and crossed all of our T’s and that the builder was held accountable to the product they were building for us. She made us extremely comfortable during the buying process with her knowledge and attentiveness to the market, our wants and our needs.
