Liz was very professional and in tune with the current market. She meet use at numerous homes we wanted to view, and when she was unable to meet us she arranged for other realtors to help. She made offers for us and encouraged us not to give up. We were successful in purchasing a home we love because we had Liz as our realtor.

Liz is a fantastic realtor! I have known Liz for years and she always does her job with the utmost professionalism and integrity. When it was time for my parents to move closer to family and look at downsizing, Liz was the first person I thought of to work with our situation. Liz took extra care and patience working with my sister, myself and my elderly parents to navigate this huge life change and help find listings that fit their criteria. She was on top of all the new listings and got us showings quickly. She always kept a calm demeanor, and helped us navigate through the bidding process in this crazy, competitive Portland housing market! Liz was successful to help my parents negotiate and win the bid. We thought my parents were going to lose the bid on the house they wanted, and Liz managed to keep them in as the front runner in the bidding process. She has the ability to spin several plates at one time to help coordinate on the closing process as well. We were in very good hands with Liz. She removed a lot of stress for us, and she knows the Portland area market, I would recommend her to other people in the market to sell or buy a home.

Liz did an absolutely amazing job working with us to sell our home! She made the entire process from beginning to end feel seamless and kept us in constant communication the entire time. She guided us through getting our house ready for market by providing home staging and professional photography and was instrumental through negotiations to get us top dollar on the sale. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would!

Liz was everything you could want in a real estate agent and with a transaction. She was knowledgeable about homes, available, so quick to respond and get into the homes as soon as possible. This is truly her calling! She knows what to look for and how to identify pros and cons whether we were looking at older homes or new construction. She also takes time to listen and get to know what you like and thinks about things such as safety, neighborhood, community and surroundings. She truly partners with you. We had a very difficult buying process from the builder I purchased from. Everything from the way they treated us to lack of communication or receiving anything back. Of the many things Liz can do well, her professionalism is top notch. She will represent you in a good light no matter what was thrown at her! Even when things are clearly stressful. I was so upset so many times and she was persistent with professionalism. That’s not an easy thing to do. I was and am so glad I found Liz! You will really find a gem to work with her!
