Liz is fantastic to work with. She is extremely responsive and attentive to her clients. She went above and beyond and did everything she could to get my contract ratified. When there were issues with settlement and repairs, she stepped in and made sure everything was taken care of. I was able to move in on my preferred date and settled a week or so later. I am so grateful to Liz for her hard work.

We were so fortunate to have Elizabeth Crumrine as our Realtor, she worked with us for over a year making sure we found the perfect house. She was patient as we were not sure what area we wanted to live in and had a hard time deciding if we wanted to build a new house or not. Elizabeth always made sure to caution us about making unreasonable offers on overpriced homes we fell to quickly for and was determined to find the house and area that best fit our needs and wants.

After several months of searching we decided to build our house and in short, she was always on our side working to make the process of building our home as simple and successful as possible.

To be honest, my fiancé and I really didn't know much about purchasing a home let alone building one. The best part about working with Elizabeth over the last year was that she answered every single question we asked (there were a lot) and focused on ensuring that everything was completed as we expected in our new build. She spent a lot of time helping us going above and beyond to make our dreams come true. We would recommend Elizabeth Crumrine to anyone.
