Tracy Wallace of Liz Montaner and Crew, Caldwell Banker, Annapolis was a terrific agent with great support from the whole agency in making things happen.
The condo we purchased is a second home for us, near my son and his family in Maryland. Because we live in NY we had limited opportunity to view properties and needed to be very efficient with time. Unbelievably, we were able to make a decision on a condo and put in a bid in just one weekend of looking. This was because of Tracy’s full accessibility and also her good sense of the market and what would meet our needs and be attractive to us.
Tracy and Liz Montaner and Crew helped us smoothly through the negotiation process and we had a settled offer in just a couple of days. Being from outside of the area, Tracy et al were such terrific supports for us with helping us set up the inspection and with the closing process. They reached out in so many ways, large and small, including helping us find local tradespeople and area resources.
This is not the only experience my family has had with Liz Montaner and Crew. My son and his wife bought both of their houses through this real estate group as well as sold a house with them. Their experience mirrored ours… knowledgeable, energetic agents who really care and come through for the people depending on them.

I worked with Tracey from November 2020 to January 2021. This was my second home purchase in Annapolis, MD. Tracey was extremely responsive and very easy to work with. I took her advice from start to finish and am glad I did, she truly knows the area, the other agents, and lenders. It was truly just such an easy and stress-free experience from start to finish and both us and sellers felt like we got the best deal possible. Highly recommend you ask for Tracey!

We had the privilege of working with Liz Montaner in purchasing a town home in October. We had an excellent experience because of her attention to detail, her knowledge, and guidance in completing the sale. We were working from afar at the time in a different time zone. Liz was so responsive to our questions at any time. In addition, she provided information on resources at the time and has continued to do so even after the sale.

We had such a great experience with Liz when we decided to buy our new home that we knew there was only one choice when it came to selling our previous home.
As a buyer's agent she understood what we were looking for and she kept us informed of new properties coming on the market as well as providing great background information. She provided excellent negotiation advice that ensured that we achieved our objectives. She also handled all the inspections and closing details.
As a seller's agent, Liz and her crew really shined. Their staging transformed the house, giving it the modern look that current buyers are looking for. They executed a comprehensive marketing campaign across all possible outlets to attract the broadest range of perspective buyers. They personally followed up with anyone who viewed the house or requested information every time there was a status change to ensure the maximum number of offers. Liz also used her contacts to find the best sources to address inspection issues including second opinions. As with our purchase closing was completely smooth thanks to Liz and her crew.

Tracy Wallace was the real estate agent that helped me buy my first house and I couldn't recommend someone more. She was extremely helpful and super responsive whenever I had any questions. She would respond at any time of day and worked super quickly to get answers about different properties.
