Kate Hopkins was my buying agent. I came to her on referral after speaking to my lender as she was the personal agent of the lender. No regrets! It was my first time buying and she helped me understand the process and my options, giving me plenty of ideas. We toured some homes and when I found the one I wanted (it also happened to be an off market property she found through her intel) she was firm but not pushy. It's a competitive market after all. And there was a competing offer. But she made it happen and we got it! Besides her real estate knowledge she's been a great friend, offering help in little ways (like making me a sandwich on inspection day, helping me find furniture and decor other agents were getting rid of, and taking me out for a celebratory drink after closing!). She also graciously put up with some annoyances along the process (life pro tip, don't involve your very picky parents in your decisions unless you really really need to lol). A+ for Kate and the CB team!

I helped my daughter buy her first home(condominium). I personally have bought and sold 5 homes previously. Lori is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. She was on top of things, took care all of the details and arranged everything for us such as appraisal, home inspection, etc. My daughter loves her new condo and Lori’s exceptional service was second to none. Liz did an amazing job from start to finish with helping me find the right house at the right price in a highly sought after neighborhood of Annapolis... She and her team were always available and did many things to assist me being an out of town buyer like opening the house to tradesman and inspectors that I needed to begin immediately to turn the property around for rental. I could not have completed all of the tasks I faced including inspections and maintenance work without Liz and team. Many thanks to the Montaner crew.. steve
