Hi, I’m Liz Opatic—born and raised right here in West Michigan. I grew up in Wyoming, went to Grand Rapids Community College, and today I live in Jenison with my husband, Jim, our two daughters, Ashlee and Aubree, and our two goldendoodles, Indy and Ryder.
I’ve always loved the charm of our area—from the beach towns along Lake Michigan to the energy of downtown Grand Rapids. Whether it’s boating, catching a concert at Van Andel, or grabbing dinner somewhere new, I love that there’s always something fun to do close to home.
Real estate has been part of my story for a long time. I knew early on that I was meant to help people buy and sell homes. I started as a receptionist at a real estate office while earning my degree in marketing, then became a licensed assistant to one of the top agents in the area. That experience gave me a strong foundation and confirmed that I was exactly where I belonged.
Helping people navigate big life transitions is my passion. Whether you're moving up, downsizing, or selling a home for a loved one, I’m here to guide you with honesty, strategy, and heart.
Outside of real estate, I stay busy coaching youth and high school cheer—something I’ve loved being part of over the years. You’ll also find me cheering on my girls at their games, spending time on the water, or planning our next travel adventure.
