About Liz

Although licensed in real estate since 1991, her career as an active full time Realtor® began in 2013 after a rewarding 33-year career in Northern Virginia as a residential and commercial real estate paralegal and licensed title insurance agent. Armed with decades of extensive real estate experience and invaluable knowledge while working for attorneys, her decision to transition into real estate sales was fueled by a passion to help people achieve their own American dream of homeownership. At the same time, Elizabeth also enjoyed helping to educate her clients about the home buying and selling process. In her former career as a paralegal, she worked directly with attorneys, mortgage lenders, private investors, title insurance agents, builders, appraisers, engineers, land surveyors, county clerks and local building and zoning officials. Although she still work with all these professions today as a Realtor®, my prior paralegal experience provided me with some extra in-depth uncommon industry knowledge that regardless of property location, has proven to be an invaluable tool in helping me serve my client’s needs and their best interest. This advantage has ranged from negotiating offers to helping solve unforeseen title issues that can arise from time to time. Perhaps best of all, her unique knowledge has also provided her with some little-known methods to help keep more money in my client’s pocket at the settlement table. Elizabeth's experience in working with both buyers and sellers has been that regardless if they are an experienced investor or a first-time homebuyer, a well-informed client who has been educated about the home buying and selling process is going to be more satisfied with their real estate decisions, not only during the process, but long afterward too.
