Liza Melvin

Liza Melvin is a Realtor with over 30 years of banking and real estate experience. She attended the University of Puerto Rico and graduated with an associates degree in Business Administration. Liza grew up in Carolina, Puerto Rico, and has spent most of her professional career in Orlando and the surrounding areas.

Liza is passionate about assisting buyers and sellers with their real estate needs and always provides them with a superior customer service, attention to detail, excellent communication and strong negotiation skills on each real estate transaction. Liza currently lives in Sanford/Lake Mary and has two daughters. She likes to travel, cook, dance and spend quality time with her family and friends. Liza is very active and engaged in her local community.
