My wife and I are so thankful for Liza!! She is very knowledgeable and knows everyone!! She found us our first condo, and most recently our first house! She made everything very easy for us and was very patient with us. She gave us perspectives that we would have never thought about and helped us dodge some huge missteps. She never rushed us or tried to persuade us to do anything that we weren’t 100% comfortable with. We recommend all of our friends and family to Liza. She is a huge asset beyond compare! Liza is an amazing realtor. We used her when we first bought our apartment in Hoboken and then again when we sold it just this fall. Liza is one of those people that brings a lot to the table! Not only is she an experienced and dedicated real estate agent, she is knowledgeable in many other areas related to home buying and selling(construction costs, strategies for negotiating, etc) She selflessly gives of her time, she has a ton of patience, and she genuinely likes to help others.
