She did a fantastic job showing my client around town and providing several video tours of homes helping them transition from the San Francisco area. We found the perfect strategically thinking real estate company around the Indian Land, SC and Charlotte, NC area. RE/MAX Executive, and The Conover Team. Thank you, Lizette and Darren Conover! We wanted to hire a real estate agent who would work with us to both buy a new home as well as sell our current home. Our number one criterion was to work with a real estate agent who believed and understood the value of our existing home and neighborhood. Over many years I watched as our neighborhood homes were sold by agents who undervalued homes for no apparent reason that I could see, and wanted to change that. Right from the beginning Lizette was onboard and immediately put a strategic plan together identifying how we were going to get this done. Preparation was key and we all worked together to get there. Our home sold within 3 days and 4% over asking. Since then we have seen homes in our neighborhood (BridgeHampton) selling faster and at the values they should be at. So not only do we thank Lizette and Darren Conover for their outstanding real estate abilities, but we are sure our old neighbors also thank them, too!
