If there is greater than 5 star, I would give Lodiard/Kuya Alex 10 star! He was the BEST realtor we could have hoped for. He went above and beyond. He anticipated our needs and met them all with a positive attitude. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the selling of our home and the purchasing of our new home seamless. He was very patient with us, very accommodating and knowledgeable with all our concerns. He never left us until the end of our closing. We feel so blessed that he was our realtor. Will definitely recommend him to anyone!
