Logan’s roots are firmly planted in Rockingham County, where he was born and raised. After graduating from Turner Ashby High School in 2000, Logan enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served four years in active duty.
He spent the next 15 years in the hospitality industry, holding upper management positions for a variety of restaurants located in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Massanutten Resort, and finally Harrisonburg, where he was the General Manager of Joshua Wilton House and the Local Chop & Grill House.
Since entering the world of Real Estate, Logan has never looked back. Delivering an exceptional customer experience through top-notch service is his passion, and helping clients buy and sell property is his ideal career. Logan Evans is committed to lifelong learning to enhance his service to clients. In 2022, he achieved the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR Institute) designation, followed in 2024 by the ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designations. Also in 2024, Logan expanded on his Virginia real estate license and became a licensed salesperson in West Virginia as well.
Logan resides in Bridgewater with his wife, Megan; their two sons, Cameron and Connor; their daughter, Caitlyn; and their mischievous dog, Sadie.
