I began selling real estate since 1996. In over 20 years, I have had the privilege of selling in both good market conditions and bad. I started my own brokerage in Kentucky in 2000. Since that time, I have had the opportunity to assist clients in buying and selling residential property, farms and land, single-tenant “triple-net” property, retail, office and industrial property. I have also facilitated multiple tax-free property exchanges.
I was a founding partner of Lochdale Development, Inc. That company, which I now own, developed over 800 residential lots in Fayette County, Ky and other real estate endeavors. I also own and manage my own portfolio of investment property.
I am a native of Danville, KY, a graduate of Boyle County High School (‘89) and Rhodes College (‘93) in Memphis, TN. I am also a graduate of Leadership Boyle County, and member of the Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce. I am a graduate of The Kentucky Realtors Leadership program. I am a member and past-president of Rotary International, and president-elect of The Heart of Danville Main Street Program. I am past-president of the Central Kentucky Association of Realtors. I served for 6 years on the Danville-Boyle County Planning and Zoning Commission, and for 3 years I was vice-chairman. I also serve on the board of directors for The Farmers National Bank of Danville (NYSE: BYLB).
I and my wife Lela have two young children.
