Logan Kidwell

Born and raised in Delaware, Logan has extensive knowledge of the region having lived in Centreville, Middletown, Newark, and Rehoboth Beach. He elected to pursue a career in the real estate industry to work closely with members of the community, to help inform and educate his clients about the processes of home buying and selling and guide them as seamlessly as possible to their desired successful results. He highly values the strong Sotheby's brand recognition, the breadth of marketing materials available, and the experience of both leadership and agents. Logan aims to be outstanding in his community and a resource for real estate to everyone who knows him. He has a deep interest in local historic preservation and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. Logan appreciates the natural beauty of the Brandywine Valley, and the abundance of state parks where he enjoys fishing, kayaking, and spending time with his dog, Edward.
