Born in Brooklyn, raised on Long Island, Lois has lived on Manhattan's east side for over thirty years. She has had a residence in Juno Beach, Florida and owned a home in Bridgehampton for over twenty-eight years. Lois brings professional empathy to all sides of the real estate experience as she has been a Buyer, Seller, Investor, Tenant, and Landlord.
Having raised a daughter in Manhattan, Lois is familiar with New York City schools. She also has first-hand knowledge of New York City's higher education, holding a BA from Marymount Manhattan College and an MBA from Pace University.
Lois has delivered professional service and sales performance to the residential sales/rentals market since 2008. She has earned respect from peers, recognition from the brokerage community and has a loyal following. Known for consistent personal service and attention to detail, real estate transactions are simply more comfortable, enjoyable and profitable with Lois at the helm.
Previously, she held trusted positions at prestigious New York law firms. Additionally, she has experience in corporate sales, advertising, relationship management at a hedge fund and as a client representative for luxury merchandise.
