My husband and I recently had the honor to work with Lolita Clark as our realtor. She is professional, courteous, compassionate, and very perceptive to say the least.

Lolita started our process to look for our first home by talking back and forth with feedback to get an idea of what we were looking for. Not only did she find both the desires for my husband and I in a house, but also helped us find our perfect home to raise our 18 month old daughter.

We now own a home and have room to grow, room to garden, room to play, room to dream. It's all because of Lolita! After a few weeks of searching, we narrowed it down to find the home of our dreams.

We grew confident knowing exactly what we desired and what we didn't. Lolita always told us to, "keep it moving". She uplifted us through every step along the way. And she was honest and funny which makes a really big difference when you're traveling all over the state of Maryland in between work and baby care.

We are so grateful for her expertise and highly recommend her for anyone seeking their next new place to dwell. She recommend a valuable team as well for lenders and such. We are so very grateful for Lolita. We will be clients for life for sure!
