Lonni McDonough

I have been involved with Real Estate buying, selling and investing since 1998. I am a strong negotiator, have superlative work ethic and work with clients of all backgrounds. From first-time home buyers to seasoned real estate investors, I provide the same level of exceptional service to all clients.

My background in sales management help me with marketing, negotiating and closing deals for high profit/equity for my clients. I am very knowledgeable of the metropolitan areas in Ada and Gem counties as well as rural Boise county.

In addition, I am an avid outdoors-men and enjoy riding motorcycles, snowmobiles and horses. As well as hunting, fishing, hiking and skiing throughout Idaho. I currently reside in Boise County with my wife Hailey and daughter Breanna.

My philosophy is simple: clients come first. I pledge to be in constant communication with my clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire buying or selling process. I believe that if you’re not left with an amazing experience, I haven’t done my job. I don’t measure success through achievements or awards, but through the satisfaction of my clients.
