Lora Perlman is a highly respected Senior Sales Associate in the Chicago real estate industry, specializing in luxury properties. Ms. Perlman has been licensed since 1973 and is recognized as one of the youngest agents in Chicago at that time. With over $300 million in sales, she has a long-standing reputation as a leader in the industry.

Ms. Perlman spent 30 years with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services/ Koenig Rubloff Real Estate and 10 years with American Invsco before joining Coldwell Banker Realty. One of the highlights of her career was her involvement in the original conversion of Lake Point Tower from rentals to condos in 1986. Her extensive experience includes working with new construction and rehabbed properties, condominium conversions, residential building management, and home staging.

Ms. Perlman's philosophy of putting clients first has been instrumental in her success. She is committed to learning about new neighborhoods, new technologies, and has a comprehensive knowledge of financing, negotiating, marketing, and networking. In addition to her professional affiliations, Ms. Perlman is a past member of the Illinois Chapter of Volunteer Optometric Service for Humanity (VOSH), an organization co-founded by her father. She and her husband own Urban Castles, Inc., a boutique management company specializing in 1–4-unit properties and were presented with a Good Neighbor Award by the Chicago Association of Realtors for outstanding contributions to Chicago area communities for single-family rehabbed properties.

Lora holds a B.A. in Spanish from Southern Illinois University and attended the Universidad de Valencia in Spain. She also holds Certified Negotiations Expert and Certified Residential Specialist designations, reflecting her dedication to professional development and excellence.
