About Loree

More than just a Realtor…

My husband and I moved to Olympia from Arizona to raise our kids and to be close to family. We have two adorable kids that constantly keep us on our toes and a dog who loves the much cooler climate of Washington.

One of our favorite things to do is to explore new trails in Olympia and the surrounding areas. We also love taking the kids to the movies now that they are able to sit still for an entire showing. I am the president of the PTA at our kid’s school and my husband is part of the WatchDOGS (“Dads of Great Students”) program. We volunteer as often as we can to show our kids that their education matters to us too. They really enjoy seeing us at their school.

I feel that my most recent job and experience as a community manager of homeowners and condominium associations in Western Washington has prepared me for a career in real estate. Not only have I learned a lot about these types of communities, which are very prevalent in this state, but this job has also shaped who I am today. I LOVE helping people and I am really good at it.

Loree Green is amazing to work with! She was so attentive, knowledgeable, and hard working through this whole process. She spent multiple nights working past 9pm to make sure I understood everything, printed out the offer for me to physically sign when I had tech problems, was able to go on same day showings, did comparative market analysis on areas to make sure we were getting the best deal and making the best offers, and never made me feel like I was being a bother or a pain. I’m a young, single, first time homebuyer, who had TONS of questions and she was very patient and walked me through everything. Even after closing she has been easy to get ahold of and has acted quickly to make sure setting up utilities is a smooth process. I will most definitely be using Loree again when it comes time to sell and buy a new place!

Loree has been fabulous working with us as our Real Estate Broker/Agent. She was feeding us houses that matched our feature desires and affordable price ranges, then was available at the drop of a quick text to go out and tour the homes at all hours of the day. She went far above the expectations in getting foot work done to assist us in selecting a home, educating us along the way as to the home purchase pathway and setting reasonable expectations for us. Not only this part but she also we able to seamlessly work with our mortgage broker, and then ultimately Title, Escrow and Close. She helped us keep on track, see wonderful homes, know some background on each and the general neighborhood, as well as provide invaluable guidance.

I’m a hard customer to please because I expect first class quality service with urgency and helpfulness. She did all this and more. If I were purchasing another home anytime soon, I would be using Loree Green again. She has our strong recommendation and sincere gratitude!
