For weeks I had been google searching Real Estate Agents. Although a number of agents popped up, Lorenzo stood out since he was suggested more than once. I contacted him on a Sunday afternoon planning to leave a message, but to my surprise he answered. We spoke about my lack of knowledge regarding the home buying process, but by the end of that first call, I understood what the process entailed. After finding a property that I loved, Lorenzo started strategizing. Although there were other offers, My offer was accepted.

That week I was given options regarding a team to work with. I was able to choose who I wanted to work with based off of meetings I had with them individually. I worked closely with Brian Lewis from Hunt Mortgage. He spent time helping me understand the mortgage process. He was available to talk and was reassuring when I began to have doubt. Through every stage of the process I felt supported.

From the initial call on that Sunday to the clear to close date took less than 2 months. This process has been more educational than anything. Because of this experience my confidence has soared regarding purchasing a home, and for that I am truly grateful.

The Hunt Mortgage Team are knowledgable and professional at every level. They made me a part of their family, and it would be my pleasure to recommend them to my family and friends.

Very glad that they recommended him to me because Lorenzo was so helpful during this experience, especially as I am a first time home buyer. He is calm and supportive, a creative problem-solver, and a strong advocate who helped us win the very first home we bid on, against competitive cash offers. I highly recommend Using Lorenzo Murray as your agent, whether you are buying or selling. This is my 5th real estate transaction in the last 6 years that Lorenzo has been my agent. We bought 3 houses and sold 2. Through them all Lorenzo doesn’t waiver from who he is; a knowledgeable, professional expert in his field. He was the sole reason that some deals got done. He is very responsive and was able to answer all of my questions through each transaction and some of the deals were very complex. He finds ways to move deals forward, no matter the obstacles that come up and they will. His knowledge, calming demeanor and expertise is unmatched. I will only ever use Lorenzo as my agent.
