The first time buying a home is very overwhelming, at least that's what I people told me. This was not my experience at all, and I believe that is because I chose to work with Lorenzo. He explained everything and walked me through the whole process. The first time we made an offer, he even came over to walk me through each page of the contract so I understood what I was signing. I felt that I was in good hands throughout the whole process. Lorenzo is always reachable, even if he is not available, he will send a quick text to let you know when he we will be, this is something I appreciated very much! I know his experience and knowledge were the main reasons we were able to secure the property I wanted in this crazy market. We closed in 21 days with no issues! I will recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home and I will trust him with all my future real estate needs.

He has a very hands on approach, ensuring a true executive level experience replete with attention to all the details. While no real estate transaction is without challenges, and ours was no different, but Lorenzo went above and beyond the call of duty to mitigate the challenges and secure the close of escrow. Lorenzo Sorano has been an exceptional realtor. We had a complicated sale and he navigated each step of the process with knowledge and professionalism. With Berkshire Hathaway behind him he had potential buyers lined up before our house was even listed. Lorenzo personally showed our home to each potential buyer. We are senior citizens. It was time to sell our house and we wanted to hire someone who knew the neighborhood and who would work with us one-on-one to accomplish our goals. We didn’t want to work with a “Team” where the elusive team leader would disappear after listing our home and then leave us alone to deal with team members whom we did not personally hire. After speaking with Lorenzo Sorano, we knew we had found our guy. Lorenzo works his business the old-fashioned way; by himself. Whenever he held an open house for us, he was respectful and protective of our home and our belongings. Lorenzo required cooperating agents to call him to show the house; they never called us. This allowed us to go about our daily tasks without having to worry about what stranger was going to call or show up next. Lorenzo was incredibly open and honest with us on his concerns about our house and made recommendations where necessary. When something needed to be repaired or replaced, he helped us locate the proper tradesman to get the job done. During the negotiation period with our eventual buyer, Lorenzo was careful with our money by not trying to push us into any decisions which we might later regret; instead, he merely explained the details and discussed our options. In the end, we were extremely satisfied with Lorenzo’s performance and would definitely hire him again for selling or for buying our next home. We enjoyed working with Lorenzo from day one. Lorenzo is really knowledgeable and passionate about real estate. He assisted us in the sale of our house and guided us all throughout the process. His marketing skills are great and his in-depth knowledge of the escrow process helped us avoid pitfalls during the transaction. I give Lorenzo the highest recommendation. I have bought and sold many houses over the years and working with him was a real pleasure. He allowed us to have our own input into the process and yet gave us solid and appropriate advice. I think his ability to really work with a client is what is so unique -- we shifted in our plans and he shifted with us and was able to understand what we wanted very quickly. It was our decision -- with his guidance. He was available to us 24/7. Never have I had someone return calls so quickly! There was no question that he could not answer from start to finish. Lorenzo was wonderful to work with and if we were to list our house tomorrow we would absolutely ask him to do it. He took a real interest in our family and our needs and found us the perfect home. When we started working with him we were new to California and many of the local complexities in the home buying process were unknowns for us. Lorenzo made it an absolute breeze and patiently guided us through the purchase. I must recommend our realtor Lorenzo Sorano, He is such a nice guy, very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and ethical, which can sometimes be hard to find in realtors. Lorenzo was also very responsive, you could reach him 24/7, which is great for his clients, not so great for his wife ??. We’ve had bad experiences with realtors in the past and approached this experience as skeptics but Lorenzo made what is always a very stressful experience ten times better than what it could have been. We decided to sell our house with Lorenzo and permanently moved to Chile before it even went on the market. Being an older home and in need of some repairs we knew in my take a bit longer to sell, Lorenzo took over immediately and gave us great ideas and paint, flooring, lighting, cabinets, etc. He even came with us to Home Depot and guided us through the renovation process.

He was ALWAYS available to answer ALL of our questions, always! Our closing process was a bit more complex since we moved outside the USA already. Lorenzo not only helped us find the necessary translators and notaries but also mediated with title and escrow companies to ensure a smooth closing.

The whole deal was very smooth, even though we were outside the country. Lorenzo handled everything, executed a marketing strategy that brought us, 2 buyers, obtain the price we wanted, all very smoothly!!! It was a pleasure having Lorenzo as our agent. He was not only professional and knowledgeable but also friendly and extremely easy to communicate, available 24 /7 ...
