Lorenzo Wooten

Lorenzo M. Wooten Jr., CCIM is a Senior Director of Investments at Marcus & Millichap’s Bethesda office, specializing in the sale of investment properties throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. With a strong focus on multifamily, mixed-use, development land, and institutional assets, Lorenzo leads a high-performing team that has successfully closed transactions across a wide range of asset types.

Known for his strategic insight and deal execution, Lorenzo brings deep expertise in managing complex transactions involving zoning variances, TOPA compliance, tenant challenges, and creative financing structures for developers. His fourteen years in commercial brokerage—combined with over two decades of industry experience—have earned him recognition as one of the top investment advisors in the region.

Before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Lorenzo served as Managing Director of Keller Williams Commercial and led The Wooten Group, overseeing leasing and sales activities across the D.C. area. His career began in residential finance as a loan officer, followed by five years as a Regional Manager at Fannie Mae, and includes over a decade of hands-on experience in real estate development.

Lorenzo earned a Bachelor of Science from Lincoln University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2015, placing him among the industry’s most respected professionals.

A committed community leader, Lorenzo has volunteered with Junior Achievement of America since 2014 and has mentored youth through 100 Black Men of Prince George's County since 2015. He is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
