LORI ANN ERB

Lori Ann Erb is a native of the Grand Valley and attended schools from Fruita to Grand Junction, graduating from Grand Junction High School. Lori Ann left the Valley in 1986 and returned in 2007. It has been a blessing for her to come home and be surrounded by her family and lifelong friends. Lori Ann received her realtor license in the Fall of 2016 and earned her global luxury certification in the spring of 2022.

With Lori Ann’s love of real estate and for serving people, she saw that it was a fantastic opportunity to meet new people. Grand Junction has always been a big piece of her heart and she is ready to help with any and all real estate needs!

Lori Ann and her husband Rocky, have three children, ten beautiful grandchildren, and three furry friends. When not in the office, Lori Ann can be found boating at Lake Powell, riding with her husband on their Harley through the beautiful valley, hosting BBQ's and entertaining family and friends. Lori Ann wants to serve her clients as their real estate professional, giving them the value, compassion, knowledge, discretion, support, and negotiation skills they all deserve
