Lori was excellent to work with! I have zero complaints. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and uncertainties. Lori was extremely patient and able to answer all of my questions and more. Lori was prompt with scheduling viewings and responding to messages. I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house!

Lori was absolutely fantastic in finding my partner and I our first home in spring of 2022. We were commuting 90 miles for showing days so she tried to get as many in as possible. Her expertise pointing out possible issues was really helpful, and despite losing a few offers (we were consistently up against 15+ others), she stayed positive and advised us the whole way. She also gently pushed us to see a house we had already dismissed - and it ended up being the one! Her knowledge of our needs meant that she knew immediately the layout and location of this house were perfect for us.

I would highly recommend LB Homes for any first time homebuyer.
