Lori was super helpful every step on the way to our new home and very knowledgable. She understood what we wanted and she was available even while she was on the vacation! I was impressed with how efficiently she communicated with the selling agent, attorney, and lender. Every single detail was addressed and there were not surprises.

Lori was a lifesaver in the most recent sale of our home. She really took on the role of of coordination expert. While everyone else was dragging their feet, she was the one going above and beyond her role as a realtor to make sure things got done. When our closing got postponed due to the buyer not being cleared to close, she was the one calling to get information on when the new closing date would be. She kept the lawyers on track when they were slacking. She helped coordinate the sale of our furniture to the new owners and ensured we got paid due to not being in state for the closing.

If we didn't have her, this transaction would have been miserable.

Lori is the most patient and non pushy realtor I have ever worked with. She is very sincere to her clients and really listens to what their needs are and then show properties based on there requirements. I had the best time looking at houses with Lori, she gave me honest and good feedback about the houses - both pros and cons she was looking out for my interest, which I really appreciated.
When I bought my current house, Lori was fantastic in making sure all questions were being addressed, as well as guiding me on what the next steps were in the whole process, she was always friendly and available to answer all my questions.

I had an expedited closing, and this was only possible because of Lori and her guidance. She was able to connect me with all the right people from who and how to get my loan, home inspected, lawyer .. from a buyers perspective, she provided a whole home buying package and great experience ! :)

I highly recommend Lori as a realtor to help you with your new home buying process, she will get you through the whole process with as minimum stress as possible!

We are so fortunate to have found Lori to guide us through our first time ever buying a home!!

Being first time home buyers, my partner and I had a lot of nerves surrounding the whole process, but Lori took us under her wing and made us feel comfortable and at ease. Her warm, friendly, confident and knowledgable demeanor makes her easy to trust.

We were in the market for a unique style of home, a pre-1920's Victorian style in the Chicago suburbs on a large lot with mature growth trees and gardens, and nearby to a metra station. Anyone who knows the area knows how difficult that is to find, especially in an affordable price range!

Lori was up to the challenge and stayed patient with us as we toured and considered nearly 30 properties. She fielded our questions at all hours of the day and was always friendly, personal, confident and respectful. Her knowledge as an appraiser, as an experienced realtor, and as someone who rehabilitates homes on the side helped us immensely as we toured 120+ year old homes.

She kept us grounded and guided us as we fell head over heels in love with homes that were overpriced or needed much more work than was reasonable. She advocated for us and was a strong negotiator as we negotiated with unreasonable sellers. Lori was flexible with scheduling and was really there for us whenever we needed her. Lori really knows her stuff! She advocates for her clients, makes sure her clients know exactly what is going on at every step of the process, and makes the otherwise overwhelming home buying process feel like a breeze.

The most reassuring thing for us, is how genuine Lori is as a professional. Working alongside Lori, it was always clear that she was more centered around giving us honest advice, answering our questions, and hunting for houses that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. At the end of our time together, she was practically family and had managed to find us our dream home that was everything we were looking for and MORE. We highly HIGHLY recommend Lori to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home and will use her again shall the need ever arise!
