Fifteen months ago my wife Katie and I enlisted the services of Lori to help us with purchasing a new home. We worked with a local builder and Lori was the key player in keeping us from losing our minds! Lori was about the only thing in the building process that went well. She was reachable at any given moment for any questions or concerns. She also had good questions for the builder we wouldn’t have thought of. She had wonderful feedback on our thoughts and communicated well with us. From day 1 almost nothing went well with the builder or their communication and Lori was there stopping by the site or calling the office and keeping us more informed than the builder did. We highly recommend using Lori for any of your real estate needs. She is an amazing person and realtor working for a solid local company! Complete ACES!!!

I had a great experience with Lori. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and then proceeded to show me houses that fit my needs (which were narrow) and did not bother me with ones that didn't. She was very patient throughout the very long process and many houses we looked at. She also made the complicated closing process much easier. I would highly recommend Lori to my friends and family or to anyone who wants to work with their real estate agent as opposed to being pushed along by someone who just wants their commission as soon as possible.

I can’t say enough about Lori. I had been in and out of the housing market looking for my first home since the beginning of the pandemic. After losing out on multiple offers in the hot market, Lori was recommended to me by a friend. Lori responded to my request immediately, set up a call to review my wants/ and needs and almost immediately got me into a house showing (pretty sure it was the next day). I saw multiple different houses over a span of a few weeks and found a home that I wanted to put a bid on. From the bidding process through close, I didn’t have to worry or think about a single aspect. Lori was right there with me answering my questions and pushing the process through right to close. I would recommend Lori 1000x over to anyone, but especially first time homebuyers who may need help during this new, often stressful process. Even in the hot housing market Lori was able to find me a home I love in the exact location I wanted! Thank you!!
