My husband and I didn't grow up in Syracuse, and therefore did not know where to begin with home buying in the area. Lori was highly recommended by a friend, and after our first meeting with her, we knew we were in great hands! Lori was knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and flexible. She made what we could be a very stressful process, seemingly easy and fun! She also is highly thought of and connected in the Syracuse community, which is a huge plus when looking for a home. Lori really cares about her clients and wants the best possible home for each one, and we don't think we could have gotten our perfect home without her! We already miss getting to see her! We highly recommend her!

Lori went above and beyond! In our first meeting, I expressed that I was very stressed out about the large job of selling this house; after talking to Lori about all of the challenges and what I hoped to accomplish, I was put at ease and felt that she truly cared about my situation and my family’s best interest. I had a tight timeline, a large 2-family house to clean out, restrictions with traveling back and forth from Denver to Syracuse, and knew that the last minute items and closing would have to be completed from afar in Denver. Despite all of these hurdles, Lori made it as easy and stress-free as possible. She did an excellent job providing me with the resources and help needed to get the house ready to go on the market. For every challenge that I brought up, she had a solution. I would not have been able to pull everything together as quickly without her knowledge, advice, and connections. Lori did such an amazing job with the photography, tours, and getting the word out, that after only 5 days of being listed, we were so excited to see that we had a total of 8 offers on the table! I would recommend Lori to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I’ve worked with other realtors in the past and only wish I had found Lori sooner! Thank you, Lori!!!

Lori is simply amazing!! She helped find us our dream home. She is super knowledgable, but more importantly, she truly cares about her clients. No matter what we needed, she was always there! After our offer was accepted, she literally rolled up her sleeves and helped us with the tall task of getting our house at the time ready to hit the market. We had multiple showings and offers within the first 24 hours of it being listed. With buying and selling a house at the same time, we had a ton of questions and Lori always answered every question we sent her way almost immediately. I’m not sure I know many other people who work as hard as she does! We are not only lucky because she was our agent, we are also extremely lucky that she is a great friend!!

Lori recently handled the sale of my Mother's house. I selected her based on her reviews and her #1 rating from Howard Hanna in 2021 and 2022. I was instantly impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She went through the house, made suggestions to enhance the home's salability, and suggested a selling price based on the market conditions. We took her advice and made the improvements she suggested. When Lori returned a couple of weeks later to sign the paperwork, she increased the listing price to reflect the value the improvements had added. The house sold almost immediately above the listing price! This alone would have earned Lori 5 stars, but her demeaner and professionalism regarding the delays and frustrations during the weeks between the offer acceptance and the closing was exemplary. I highly recommend Lori, she is down to earth, personable, and most importantly, a knowledgeable and competent realtor.

My wife and I were introduced to Lori through a friend who she had previously helped with their home buying process. Lori stepped in for us in a tough spot - we had moved out-of-state, were looking to buy a 2nd home, but were held up by not being able to get an offer on house in NY. Lori stepped in for our original realtor and made some really quick decisions. Lori's confidence, different ideas, and really intuitive direction, was a game changer. After a couple of months with no success, Lori had an offer on our house in a few weeks. It was great help, especially since we weren't physically there to handle things up front. Thanks Lori! Where do I even begin with how wonderful Lori is!? A few years back I contacted Lori to help me purchase my first house, which was so simple with her by my side to help guide me during the house buying process. Words cannot describe how amazing and awesome Lori is!! We found her through a close friend of ours because we see that Lori has been their realtor for the past few homes they have bought and sold. So, we said, why not? As a first-time home buyer, we needed someone that we can trust! We needed someone who was going to be able to help and guide us through this horrendous market with their knowledge and experience. Someone who was not there just to sell us any house and make a quick sale. Boy, did we find her! Lori is honest, knowledgeable and a true professional! She is very responsive to texts, calls and emails (even while she is on vacation!) It was not easy trying to buy a house in this market when you have lost a few times on the bids, but Lori would always say to us that “it is just not the one, it was not meant to be. You will know when that house comes around.” We almost came to the conclusion that we were not going to get a house anytime soon, but Lori kept our spirits up! It meant a lot to us to know that she is ALWAYS looking out for us, even after the purchase! I highly recommend Lori to anyone and everyone that is looking to purchase/sell a home. She will forever be our agent for as long as she is in this business. We love her and we are glad we became friends!
