Lori is fantastic. If you are buying a home on the Cape, you should only work with Lori. She always puts her clients first and was very patient with us throughout the process. She doesn't look to make a quick sale but always focuses on getting you the right home. Hire Lori!

Lori came highly recommended by a neighbor and a friend after she had sold their homes in Chatham. After our first meeting my wife and I knew there was no reason to interview any other realtors, Lori was the one! We are so pleased we chose her to sell our home in Chatham during this very active selling season..Lori had multiple showings during our first weekend on the market, and by the end of the weekend we had 5 very strong offers, all above the asking price!
Lori went above and beyond during and after negotiations as there were a few obstacles thrown at us throughout the process. She was always available for any questions we had and her relationships with various people within her field made what could of been a difficult process, smooth as could be, and we closed the sale earlier than anticipated.
Lori is a very hard working individual whose knowledge and professionalism is only exceeded by her wonderful personality.

Lori found us our dream home in ONE day even during an ultra-competitive buyer's market. She showed us a large range of homes, never pressured us, and knows so much about each area/neighborhood, which was so helpful to us. She was a huge help structuring the offer as well. Lori has gone way above and beyond and is just a super nice, hardworking person! She has a vast amount of experience and is very generous with her time and guidance - always making time to answer our many questions - even after we closed on the house. We can't say enough good things about her. We feel so lucky we got to work with Lori - she's a really special, knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy agent - definitely one of the best on the Cape! Lori Jurkowski found a buyer for my house in less than a week and guided me to a successful closing amidst a global pandemic. She initially impressed me with her comprehensive market analysis of my house and how to approach it's sale. For the last year and a half we have worked with Lori looking for the right house for us in Chatham. Lori spent endless hours showing us close to thirty homes before we found the one that we felt was right for us. We always thought we knew Chatham having vacationed there many times over the last forty years, but Lori educated us on so much more from not only the plusses and minuses of each area, but the laws governing wetlands, conservation land, flood plains and building codes. By the time we saw our house we knew instantly we were making the right decision because of everything we had learned from Lori. Lori was always a true professional throughout the long hunt. She never wasted our time, showing us only houses that she thought were the right fit or a good investment. She would often point out drawbacks or reasons why she didn't think we should consider a certain house if she felt the house was legally or structurally unsound. Lori Jurkowski is really great! I highly recommend her for both buyers and sellers on the Cape. Lori does a beautiful job staging the house and consistently checks on it to make sure the property always looks pristine and attractive. She went above and beyond my expectations in arranging for minor updates and regular maintenance, and in drawing buyers to see the house. She's upbeat and positive and a joy to work with. Once the property was under contract, she helped ensure the sale went through smoothly and facilitated friendly negotiation between us and the buyers. She took the time to understand our needs and never wasted our time by bringing us to houses that didn't match our interests. She stuck with us for several years and was never, ever pushy.
