Lori is awesome! She helped us purchase our first house in the Coachella Valley. She was responsive and her patience is incredible given all our questions. She guided us through the process and worked directly with our lender to ease some of the paperwork burden and back and forth that happens.

Her professionalism and friendliness is to be admired. I would highly recommend Lori to anyone who was in the market.

I initially engaged Lori to manage a leased Condo property for me when I changed my mind and decided to sell.
Lori went above and beyond what I expected preparing my Condo for sale. She sought bids, hired professionals (Plumbers, Painters, Handyman, Deep Cleaning, HVAC) and managed every step of the project to prepare for listing.
Within 2 weeks she had the listing up and running. This is not where she stopped. Her passion, talent and professionalism is extraordinary. She staged the Condo “virtually”, shot video giving prospects a virtual tour, printed flyers, arranged the property to be featured in the “Pasadena Now” daily publication.
Within a week I had an offer over listing price. Unfortunately that offer fell through. Although I was a little disappointed that did not discourage Lori. She knew the value of the property, knew the area and knew she would get a creditable offer. Within the week we had an all Cash offer and closed in 2-weeks. I would highly recommend Lori for ANY of your property needs; she really is the BEST.

Lori McShane asked me to evaluate the air-conditioning equipment at a location in Pasadena. After some conversations and visits, a servicing was done with a few extra needs. She surprised me with her pertinent questions and grasp of what was needed. I'm sure her client was also pleased that the job was done quickly thanks to Lori smoothing the way.
