Lori Oaks helped me find and purchase a house under an incredibly tight deadline in a seller’s market. Words can’t describe how happy I am with her quick response time, professionalism, friendliness, and her efficient and clear communication. She walked me through the entire process, arranged for additional inspections as needed, and gave me suggestions for other local service providers as requested. Her strong relationships in the community are so helpful when purchasing a home.

Lori Oaks. I stumbled on Lori, and liked her right away. Her professional approach is unquestionable. She gives 100%+. Never too busy to answer a question or to offer help, no matter how small an issue there might be.

We worked together on selling my home in Linden and buying one in Winchester. The closings were like eating a piece of cake, no worries.

Before we listed our home for sale we did considerable research as to what agency and more specifically what agent we wanted to give our listing to. After the research was complete we knew that real estate agent would be Lori Oaks!

Lori has surpassed all of our expectations as a selling agent! She was completely attentive to our needs, extremely fast to respond to our questions and was very good at putting our minds at ease!

Our house was listed on a Saturday, had ten showings on Sunday and five offers Sunday night! Who could ask for more?

Lori Oaks went above and beyond at every turn to help me sell my house, even when I took it off market for a couple years! She is patient with buyers and sellers alike and really works on the details that matter. My buyers had trouble getting financing, but Lori helped everyone involved not to give up hope and the deal went through. Without her constant enthusiasm and support at every turn, I may have given up, but she knew what needed to happen to keep everything moving and to make my situation work out! Highly recommend!
