About Lori

Lori Palermo is the Principal Broker and co-owner of Palermo Real Estate, located in beautiful Springfield, Oregon. She has lived in Springfield most of her life and is a 1978 graduate of Springfield High School. Lori has been in the real estate business since 1993 and is a second-generation REALTOR®.

Lori is active in the community serving on the Springfield Board of REALTORS® Board of Directors since 1994, serving as President in 2000, 2004, and 2007, and currently serving as Principal Broker Director. She is a charter member and past president of the Lane County Chapter of Women’s Council of REALTORS®, served on the Mayor’s Business Advancement Team and the Springfield Housing Summit, serves on the Executive Board of the Regional Multiple Listing Service (RMLS) as well as the incoming 2020 President of the Oregon Association of REALTORS®.

Lori was honored as the Springfield Board of REALTORS®, REALTOR® of the Year in 1999 and 2013, and WCR Businesswoman of the Year in 2005. She continues to volunteer her time with the REALTOR® organization, Springfield High School Athletics Programs, and Food for Lane County.
