Lori Smith-Stauder

Lori grew up on the border of Pennsylvania and Maryland. She graduated from the University of South Carolina (Go Cocks!) with her degree in education. She taught in Columbia for a few years, but realized that, if she was going to be in the South, she needed to be at the beach. So, she moved in Charleston and began teaching at James Island Middle School. She had several titles over the years, including reading interventionist and literacy coach. A lot of her job consisted of looking at data, which is what got her thinking about real estate. She loves focusing on listing houses because it is all data analysis and a numbers game.
