10/09/2014 Other service. Jacksonville, NC Lori relates well on a personal level on the phone and in person. She cuts through the bull and gets to the heart of what I need as a client. Of the many times that I have tried to reach her, she has yet to fail to respond in a timely fashion. She always seeks to match us up with an appropriate property and does not try to push anything on us. She is pleasant, positive and professional and I give her my highest possible recommendation. I have used several realtors in the different areas where I have purchased homes, some of whom were close personal friends and former students, and I rate Lori above them all.

01/08/2015 Found a tenant for a home in Jarmantown, Richlands, NC 28574. Highly Recommended. Lori is very knowledgeable & in tune w/ the Jacksonville area, but her most important attribute is her integrity. She and her team did everything they said they would and never made a promises they could not fulfill. I had a dispute with Berkshire Hathaway with regards to them formally being my property manager, resulting in me owing them 3 months of property management fees on tenants that Lori placed in my home. When she found out about the situation she waived my set up fee (nearly $300) just because she felt, and I agreed, that I had been mistreated by Berkshire Hathaway. The dispute had nothing to do with Lori but she still felt obligated to try to make the situation right. Lori and her team will treat you the way people should be treated and you will never have to worry about her taking advantage of you or your situation. I cannot speak highly enough of her character and would recommend her to anyone.
