Lori went absolutely above and beyond to make the buying process smooth for us. We were dealing with an incredibly difficult realtor on the seller's side and Lori basically did her job and his job flawlessly. She helped us navigate the purchase of a new build and we were so thankful to have had her expertise along the way. I highly recommend Lori Williams for your next home purchase. Lori helped navigate through buying a home in a difficult market; where every other house we liked that went on the market was gone in 20 or 30 hours.

Lori made sure we 1) saw the houses online that came onto the market as fast as possible, and 2) got us into the home for a tour the first chance the seller could schedule viewings. Lori also helped facilitate the bidding and closing processes.

We ended up seeing more houses than is typical I think, but Lori was there for finding and touring homes even into overtime.

On a side note, a few weeks when we were 400 miles away, we still got into see house we were interested in with Lori doing a video tour and answering questions. So, a great experience in-person, and searches from other places.

She got us into multiple showings in a matter of minutes, when minutes count for everything. I just closed on a home with the help of Lori and I cannot begin to express how amazing she was throughout the process of finding the budget I had for house hunting, finding houses that fit my needs, and being expedient with her house viewings. Lori comes prepared and informed when we go to each house with materials going over all the specifications of the home. When repairs or needs for the home moving process came up, she always had a person she knew that could get me the best deals and rates I could have found and that is something so crucial to helping me get the best deal I could get out of a home

If you are looking for an agent to sell your property quickly or buy a property Lori G. Williams is your person. Why? Because she works tirelessly for you to achieve your goals. Most agents come in and say you need this done or that done, and leave it up to you!
