The level of communication she provides in each step of the buying or selling process is invaluable and for us, created a very enjoyable, stress-free transaction. Even through the bumps of negotiation, her calming words and demeanor gave us peace of mind.
She also gave us valuable suggestions and advice regarding de-cluttering, organizing, repairs and staging that enabled us to obtain our highest and best offer. She recommended trending exterior and interior paint colors that the new buyers absolutely loved.
